We offer you

Rooms

117 spacious, bright, outward-facing rooms, most with direct access to a terrace and open views. All rooms feature a private bathroom, air conditioning, and two built-in wardrobes.

Dining Hall

On-site dining service offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Home-style cooking with healthy menus prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Sports Area

Fully equipped gym with strength-training and fitness machines, open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sports court suitable for both individual and team activities, including five-a-side football, basketball, tennis, handball, and volleyball.

Study Rooms

Bright study rooms surrounded by large windows, offering views of the natural surroundings of Ciudad Universitaria and the Sierra de Madrid.

Reception

The residence is open 24 hours a day. Reception services also include mail and parcel collection.

Pío XII University Residence Hall is located in a quiet and safe area of Madrid, surrounded by large green spaces and excellently connected. It is just 5 minutes away from the city’s main universities, such as Complutense University, Polytechnic University of Madrid, San Pablo CEU, Comillas, CUNEF, among others.

The residence hall is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility and offers excellent public transport connections. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Moncloa and Cuatro Caminos areas and very close to the Moncloa and Nuevos Ministerios transport hubs. Right at the entrance of the building, you will find bus stops for lines C (Circular), F, and 132, as well as the Vicente Aleixandre Metro station (formerly Metropolitano).
